Terms and Conditions – jaia9 Online Betting Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and jaia9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the jaia9 website and all services available through it. The Platform operates at jaia9.bio and is intended for use by adult players in Pakistan.

By accessing the jaia9 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any casino game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the jaia9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for personal use.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and third-party agents are not permitted to register or operate accounts.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or have been previously banned from the jaia9 platform for breaches of these Terms.

jaia9 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution. Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds may be forfeited.

Current employees, contractors, or immediate family members of jaia9 or its affiliated service providers are not permitted to open player accounts or participate in any promotions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jaia9 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated bonus funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. If your personal details change after registration, you are responsible for updating your account accordingly.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — confidential. jaia9 will never ask for your password via email or support channels. Do not share your login details with any third party. Any activity on your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us promptly of an unauthorised access. jaia9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security on your end.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jaia9 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer checks) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used to deposit. Cooperation with these checks is mandatory. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended.

4. Deposits

All deposits on jaia9 are processed in PKR. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method — current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits made using the supported methods typically reflect in your account balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. jaia9 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, network conditions, or incorrect payment details entered by you.

jaia9 does not accept deposits made by third parties. The payment method you use to deposit must belong to you and be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed, and the account may be subject to review.

jaia9 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside jaia9's control. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and card transactions. Where the original method cannot receive a reversal, jaia9 will work with you to arrange an alternative within our supported channels.

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified. Any active bonus wagering requirements must also be satisfied in full before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Funds derived from free bets, no-deposit bonuses, or casino free spins are subject to the wagering conditions stated at the time the bonus was issued.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jaia9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, casino free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL, T20 internationals, and other tournaments.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be bet before the associated funds can be withdrawn. 6.2 Bonus Conditions

6.3 Promotion Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. jaia9 reserves the right to determine eligibility for each promotion and to exclude players from specific offers where there is reasonable cause. All promotional decisions by jaia9 are final.

7. Betting Rules

The jaia9 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches — football, esports, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market apply.
• jaia9 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical errors or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay before acceptance. jaia9 accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to connection issues on the player's side during in-play markets.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in PKR following settlement of the relevant market. Settlement times vary by sport and competition.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event apply. These are displayed in the sportsbook and in the FAQ.

For cricket betting specifically, match-level and innings-level markets are governed by the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the case of DLS method results, the official adjusted target and result will be used for settlement purposes.

8. Casino and Games

The jaia9 casino section includes slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and others), fish games, and virtual sports. Games are provided by third-party software providers. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables for each game are governed by the individual game provider and are accessible within the game itself.

jaia9 acts as the operator and is not responsible for technical faults originating within a game provider's software. In the event of a game malfunction — including server disconnection, display errors, or incorrect payout calculations — jaia9 will work with the provider to determine the correct outcome. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening more than one account on the platform

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes

jaia9 monitors account activity using automated systems and manual review. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be investigated. During investigation, the account and any associated funds may be temporarily frozen. jaia9's determination in such cases is final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jaia9's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on jaia9's part.
